Why my customer feedback request is not showing?

To send a customer feedback request, please make sure that:

  • The user has interacted with you (your bot) within the last 24 hours (once feedback request is received they can provide the feedback within up to 7 days)
  • Do you have the correct privacy policy URL? You need a privacy policy URL of your own business, not one from ihakimi. Also, make sure it starts with “https://”. See screenshots below,
