  1.  Inserting the Action Node into your flow

Insert an Action Node into your flow and go to Advanced Actions

Select WhatsApp API

  1. Contact Management
  • Block a Contact: Block a contact from messaging your WhatsApp business number. This prevents them from initiating conversations in the future.
  • Unblock a Contact: Remove a previously blocked contact from your block list, allowing them to message your business number again.
  • Get Blocked Contacts: Retrieve a list of all phone numbers you’ve currently blocked from contacting your WhatsApp business number.
  • Report a Contact: Flag a contact for inappropriate behavior or spam messages. This sends a report to WhatsApp for review, potentially leading to action against the reported contact.
