ihakimi now allows its users to route the customers that opt-in from whatsapp ads and send them flows and automations using Whatsapp Ad referral trigger.
Connecting Ads With ihakimi
From your dashboard, click on Integrations and scroll down till you see Facebook Ads. Connect you Facebook Ads account with ihakimi.
Whatsapp Ad Referral Trigger
To create a whatsapp ad referral trigger, go to Automations tab, click on Trigger and select Whatsapp Ad Referral from the drop down.
Save the payload in a CUF and then click on save to create the trigger.
Connect a corresponding subflow with the trigger.
You are now ready to receive Whatsapp ad opt-ins.
Avoiding Duplicates
To avoid duplicates being sent out, apply the following condition node to your main flow or default reply flows. The duplicates are sent out because Meta sends an empty payload along with the actual flow triggering a double response.
Create a condition node, select “Custom” and then select “Last Message” system JSON.
Once done, attach the condition node to the start node and then connect the otherwise condition to the actual flow itself.
