Single Product Template
This template allows you to share a specific item from your catalog directly in a WhatsApp message. The message displays the product’s image, name, price, and a short description, along with a button that lets users view the product and add it to their cart, without leaving WhatsApp.
To send this type of template message, you’ll need:
- Catalog ID
- Product Retailer ID (SKU)
- Message body content

Showcase up to 30 products from your eCommerce catalog in an organized, scrollable list. You can group items into sections to make browsing easier and more intuitive for users.
To use this template, simply enter the Product Retailer IDs (SKUs) separated by commas.
You can create up to 10 sections, with each section on a new line, followed by the products it includes.

Product Card Carousel Template
Product card carousel template messages let you send a single text message paired with up to 10 product cards, displayed in a horizontally scrollable format.
Each product card includes:
- Product image
- Name and price
- A clickable call-to-action (View)
To send a Carousel Template message, you’ll need to provide your Catalog ID and list the Product Retailer IDs (SKUs) separated by commas.
