This document provides a detailed overview of ihakimi’s plans, add-ons, features, and considerations to help you choose the best option for your needs.
Plans
ihakimi offers three tiers catering to different user requirements:
iPlus ($25/month)
- Ideal for beginners.
This plan includes:

- Unlimited Flows
- 1k Contacts/Leads
iPro ($55/month)
- Perfect for established businesses.
This plan includes:
- 5 Team members
- Additional Users @ $10/user
- Unlimited AI Agents & Chatbots
- Unlimited Flows
- 10k Contacts/Leads
iEnterprise ($155/month)
- Geared towards marketing agencies and digital marketers.
This plan includes:
- 5 Team members
- Additional Users @ $10/user
- Unlimited AI Agents & Chatbots
- Unlimited Flows
- 20k Contacts/Leads
Notes:
- Bot Users are all the leads that have registered within any workspace on the ihakimi platform, regardless of whether they have interacted with a bot or not.
- Prices listed exclude taxes.
Flexible Add-ons
Enhance your chosen plan’s capabilities with these optional add-ons:
- Additional Bot: Expand your chatbot network.
- Business Plan: $10/month per additional bot.
- Additional Member: Add more team members to manage your account.
- Business Plan: $10/month per additional member.
- Additional Bot Users: Increase the number of users who can interact with your chatbots. Pricing varies based on user volume:
- $10/month per 1,000 leads/contacts.
- $50/month per 10,000 leads/contacts.
- $100/month per 50k leads/contacts.
Refund policy
Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial so you can explore ihakimi before committing to a paid subscription. No charges will be made during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime within this period to avoid being billed.
Subscription Payments
All paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. By subscribing, you agree to be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any unused time, features, or account inactivity once a payment has been processed. This includes partial months of service, downgrades during a billing cycle, or unused features. We strongly recommend using the free trial before making a purchase.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be granted in specific cases. These include situations where you were charged after canceling before the renewal date, a technical issue on our end prevented access to core features, or you were incorrectly billed due to a platform error. In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Include your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and a short explanation for your request. We will review it and respond within 5 business days.
Third-Party Payments
If you purchased ihakimi through a reseller or third-party vendor, their refund policies may apply. Please reach out to them directly for refund-related support.
FAQs & common questions
How to purchase more bot users?
If you are on our business monthly plan, you don’t need to purchase bot users. Because it’s on auto scale. We will automatically charge you at the billing date for the usage of that month. Please note, it’s charged based on the max bot users in the current billing cycle.
If you need extra bot, you just need to create the bot directly. It will prompt you the extra charges ($10 per month for every extra bot).
