Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can explore Ihakimi before committing to a paid subscription. No charges will be made during the trial period, and you can cancel anytime within this period to avoid being billed.

Subscription Payments

All paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. By subscribing, you agree to be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any unused time, features, or account inactivity once a payment has been processed. This includes partial months of service, downgrades during a billing cycle, or unused features. We strongly recommend using the free trial before making a purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in specific cases. These include situations where you were charged after canceling before the renewal date, a technical issue on our end prevented access to core features, or you were incorrectly billed due to a platform error. In such cases, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

If you purchased ihakimi through a reseller or third-party vendor, their refund policies may apply. Please reach out to them directly for refund-related support.
