What is Keyword-Based Automation?
Keyword-based automation allows Ihakimi to detect specific words or phrases in a message and trigger an action.
That action can be:
- Sending a reply
- Starting a flow
- Assigning a conversation

3. Add Your Keywords
Think of what your customers usually ask.
Start simple 👇

- “location”
- “menu”
Tip: Add different variations of the same question so nothing gets missed.

Now decide what the user should receive.

If user types → “price”
Reply → “Here are our pricing details: [link]”
Keep it:
✔ Clear
✔ Short
✔ Helpful

Save your automation and activate it.
That’s it — it’s now live
6. Test It Yourself
